We're dedicated to providing great value to our customers. While the majority of our items ship free, some require a minimum order of $20 CAD for Canadian customers and $50 CAD for US customers. This enables us to maintain competitive prices. Please be aware that your shipment may not arrive in one box. We value your understanding and support.

Canada

• Free Standard Ground Shipping for orders over $50 CAD.
• For orders below $50 CAD, a shipping fee of $6.99 CAD applies.
• Delivery typically takes 8-15 business days, depending on your shipping address.

United States and Mexico

• Free Standard Ground Shipping for orders over $50 USD.
• For orders below $50 USD, a shipping fee of $6.99 USD applies.
• Delivery time for this service ranges from 15 to 25 business days, depending on your shipping address.

Important Details

• All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days of receiving the order.
• Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii & Alaska, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
• Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a URL to the carrier's website.
• If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee the address can be changed.
• Severe weather, natural disasters, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect the arrival time of your order.
• In the event of any lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier and initiate a claim.

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 20 days of the delivery date. Here's what you need to know:

• All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• Damaged, used, or altered items cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the item(s) returned, excluding shipping and handling fees.
• Your refund or exchange will be processed within 4-5 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email notification once it's processed.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
• Final sale, special order, and custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• If you've received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
