This community based, annual tradition brings together artists, makers, storytellers, and creatives from across Canada to share meaningful moments throughout the holiday season.

For 24 days, 24 individuals contribute original creatives and personal stories inspired by lived experiences and the local communities they call home. These daily features offer simple moments to pause, reflect, and connect with others through creativity.

We are proud to see this tradition continue to grow as part of our commitment to art, wellness, and community spirit. It reflects our values and our belief in the power of human creativity.

The open call for 2026 edition will be announced on September 8, 2026.

Our second edition of the Advent Calendar of Creativity launched in December 2025, developed in collaboration with the Sauga Plein Air Group. Each day featured artwork and reflections inspired by Mississauga’s parks, neighbourhoods, and shared spaces. The calendar offered followers a daily opportunity to pause, reflect, and celebrate the creative spirit that connects us as a community.
